Our synthetic leather
The technical application category includes PVC and PU coated fabrics for different applications, such as conveyor belts, labels with different thickness, stickers, mouse pads, bookbinding items such as hard book covers, coatings for helmet chin guard and thermal bottles, menu holders and several paddings.
Certified synthetic leather
PVC and PU coated fabrics for special processing are compliant with the provisions set forth by the Reach Regulation – the European Regulation to improve the protection of human health and the environment against chemicals – and they are phthalate-free.
Based on their use and application, the synthetic leather produced has specific technical features:
PVC conveyor belts are compatible with special technical processing techniques (heat drilling, heat-sealing) and available in different thickness, embossing, colours, patterns and backing.
padding, labels (available in different thickness, density and colours) and stickers are compatible with special processing techniques (high frequency, heat drilling, heat-sealing) and resistant to biological fluids.
Thermal bottle coatings are ATB Ultrafresh certified (anti-bacterial and anti-mould material), resistant to UV radiations, abrasion, low temperature (-15/-20°) and biological fluids, and are compatible with with special processing techniques (high frequency, heat drilling, heat-sealing).
Menu holders are ATB Ultrafresh certified (anti-bacterial and anti-mould material), and available in different thickness, embossing, colours, patterns and materials, internally and externally tested, and subject to a continuous search for current patterns and colours.
Bookbinding items, such as book hard covers, are resistant to abrasion, can be subjected to special processing (high-frequency, serigraphy, heat drilling and heat sealing), are internally and externally tested, and subject to a continuous search for current patterns and colours.
